1. Interview / Assess / Design
- Meet with the leadership team to review the organization’s stated mission, vision, and values. Discuss internal and external challenges that keep the firm from reaching its potential.
- Facilitate 360º assessment surveys to understand the opportunities and challenges of the organization.
- Interview team members to gain their perspective of what’s working and not working.
- Compile this information and design a customized intervention to meet the specific needs and goals of the organization.
2. Custom Deliverables
- On a weekly basis, provide executive coaching for leaders, department heads, and various high potential personnel.
- On a monthly basis, provide a one-hour training session specifically designed to address the most pressing needs of the firm. Possible topics include: Accountability, Clarity of Purpose, Communication Skills, Teambuilding, Credibility, Servant Leadership, Customer Service, etc.
- On a periodic basis, meet with the leadership team to review the outcomes and make modifications to the deliverables to continue to ensure extraordinary results.
